In most traditions cheeses are the second last ‘category’ (before the sweets).
Getting and old, matured close-to-rotten ‘Gamle Ole’ is very high on our list. Until then this one will do 🙂
We serve our two hand cut slices of fat cheese on rye bread with butter, topped with thin slices of radishes and red onions and Dijon Mustard.
